Incoming call for Keystone Insurance Agency

New auto quote request.

Stuck to the business price policy. Details taken and callback requested.

Call transcript, shortened (example)

  1. Assistant Thanks for calling Keystone Insurance Agency. I am a virtual assistant and this call is recorded. How can I help?
  2. Caller Tells the assistant: new auto quote request.
  3. Assistant I follow the shop policy on that, so I will take your details for a callback.

You get the full transcript and recording in the dashboard.

This is an example of what the owner gets after a call like this.

What happens in the demo

Choose a scenario and use your microphone to speak with the receptionist, or type if you prefer. Each demo call lasts three minutes and needs no signup. The receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant and announces that the call is recorded.

Play the caller using made-up details. Ask your initial question, answer the intake questions and listen for the proposed next step. Afterward, inspect the owner view to see how the conversation became a message.

Try a second situation if your agency handles several types of requests. A certificate deadline tests different intake details from a nighttime claim or a request to add a driver.

What lands in the owner inbox

The owner view shows the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording from your demo conversation. Check the summary first: does it describe the caller's request and give the agency a useful next action? Then read the transcript or replay the recording to inspect a detail.

If the scenario produces a booked slot or an urgent routing step, review that outcome alongside the message. These are examples for a fictional agency, not appointments or dispatches for your business.

On your agency's service, email and app push alerts deliver call details, and the dashboard keeps them available for review. A daily digest email also brings call activity together.

Use your business

Enter your business name and website to try a receptionist using your agency's information. This personalized step needs your email. The AI reads your site so you can hear how it handles a call with your business as the setting.

Use the call to check how your services and hours come through. If a page on your website is unclear or outdated, that is useful to catch before you set up real call handling.

For live calls, request your agency's free trial; use the sign-in link emailed when your trial is ready to complete the onboarding chat, routing instructions and test call. Your trial setup will let you explain the details a website alone may not supply.

Your public website is read once to set up a short demo call as your business. One demo per email per day.

Privacy

Demo conversations are with an AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed to show the result. Use fictional names and requests. Do not share real policy numbers, payment details or sensitive information about a client or claim.

FAQ

Do I need an account or a phone call to try the demo?

No account is needed for the fictional agency demo. Talk through your browser microphone or type your responses, with three minutes for each call. You only need your email when you choose the personalized option that uses your business name and website.

What should I listen for on a quote or coverage call?

Listen for questions that give an agent enough context to return the inquiry. The receptionist should take the request without quoting a premium or deciding coverage. Try asking directly whether a loss is covered, then check how that question appears in the owner's message.

Can I test a Spanish conversation in the demo?

Yes. Choose the Spanish-speaking client scenario, or change from English to Spanish during your conversation. Use the same sort of request your agency receives, such as an appointment or certificate inquiry. Check the resulting message as well as listening to the spoken exchange.

Does a successful demo mean my agency is ready to forward calls?

Your agency still needs its own setup and test call. The fictional demo shows the conversation and message format; onboarding supplies your services, hours and urgent contacts. During your trial, review those instructions and test the routing before activating call forwarding with a card on file.

Can I review the recording after my demo call?

Yes. The owner view includes the recording and transcript so you can compare the conversation with its summary and urgency tag. Use invented caller details throughout the test. Demo audio and text are collected to show you the result of the interaction.
