What counts as a minute

Your allowance is 500 AI minutes per month, and extra AI minutes cost $0.20 each. The plan measures AI call time in minutes rather than promising a fixed number of requests. Short messages and longer intake conversations can use different amounts of time.

Use the dashboard to review usage alongside your calls. Consider the types of requests your agency receives: a certificate inquiry, a policy change message and a new quote request may involve different conversations.

The receptionist politely ends spam and robocalls, while your team can review call activity in the dashboard. Extra minutes are billed monthly, so check usage when assessing the monthly plan for your agency.

Cancelling

Your subscription is month to month, and you can cancel online in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. You can review calls and usage in your dashboard while deciding whether the service fits your agency.

If the plan lapses, calls go to your backup number or voicemail. Set that destination as part of your call-handling plan so there is somewhere for callers to reach when the receptionist is no longer active.

We do not require a sales call to cancel. Your subscription controls are available online, alongside the settings you use to manage your receptionist.

Compared with other options

Compare the work you need done as well as the billing arrangement. Our AI receptionist follows your instructions for intake, appointment booking and urgent routing. A live answering service brings a person's judgment to the conversation, while a part-time employee can learn your office's routines and take on other duties.

Ask what happens outside a provider's scheduled coverage, what a message contains and who handles requests that need a licensed agent. With a hire, consider the answering time available alongside other responsibilities. With our service, consider AI minute usage and the time your team spends reviewing messages. Use the fictional agency demo to inspect our call handling before comparing it with the other options you are considering.

FAQ

What does the monthly plan include for an insurance agency?

The plan includes 500 AI minutes at $249 per month, with intake, urgency tagging, email and app push alerts, urgent routing and appointment booking. The receptionist speaks English and Spanish. Website chat and consent-based lead follow-up calls are add-ons rather than included plan features.

What happens when I use more than the included minutes?

Additional AI minutes cost $0.20 per minute and are billed monthly. Your dashboard shows usage so you can review it alongside the types of calls your agency receives. Use that view to understand how your allowance relates to your actual intake conversations and messages.

Is a payment card required for the free trial?

A card will be required before call forwarding goes live. The trial will last 14 days and be capped at 100 minutes. It will convert only with a card on file, and we will send a reminder email two days before conversion. You can cancel online in one click.

Can I hear the receptionist before requesting a free trial?

Yes. The browser demo lets you test a fictional agency without signing up. Choose a quote request, nighttime claim, certificate request or another listed scenario, then inspect the owner message. Request a free trial to set your own agency's instructions and test call forwarding.

Can I cancel anytime, and where do calls go afterward?

You can cancel online in one click, with cancellation effective at the end of your paid month. If the plan lapses, calls go to your backup number or voicemail. Keep that destination current so your forwarding arrangement has a place to send callers after service ends.

Do I need to replace my agency's existing phone number?

No. We supply a local number and forwarding guidance so you can keep the number your clients use. Choose whether to forward all calls or only unanswered, busy or after-hours calls. Make a test call before going live to check the greeting and your instructions.

Are premium quotes and coverage decisions part of the plan?

No. Your receptionist collects details for your licensed agents and follows your agency's routing rules. It does not quote premiums, bind insurance or confirm coverage. Assess the plan as call intake and routing, with your agents responsible for the insurance advice and decisions that follow.
